After a relatively busy weekend, with structural guidance from Finn-Erik and some birthdays. We gathered in the studio and started discussing the changes made on Saturday. After a few minutes we realized that in order to understand the changes we needed a screen, a 100 inches of UHD. The group room we picked was room number 6 - one of the few rooms that are never booked and located in the very end of the bridge at AHO. The girls had a structural meeting in the staircase with Solveig, regarding the wall and its stability. While we looked into a new joint for the columns that need protection from the rain. We used an aluminium pipe filled with concrete and fastened this with bolts on the inside of the bamboo. The metal bands that wrap the bamboo are in place to prevent the bolts from splitting the bamboo under load. The bolts are perpendicular on each other so they work on different parts of the bamboo and reduce the forces exerted in one axis.

Throughout the day we had the pleasure of our four-legged friend Balder the Labrador that is becoming a guide dog. He helped us to reduce the overall stress and productivity today.
