Erecting the structure
Today a sea-lion made a visit to our foundations, and the first four columns were erected. We used straps to keep the columns together while we put them in their right position. Since each column is split into four pieces, there is a gap in the construction for us to put diagonals in - these keep the column in place, while we deal with the next one.
